Specifications, performance figures, and application guidance on this site are provided for general informational purposes. Actual product specifications, pricing, lead times, and engineering parameters for a specific project are confirmed only in a written quote or contract issued by AWTT. We may update product specifications at any time without notice.

5. Quotes Are Not Binding Offers

Information returned through the calculators, product selector, or any preliminary communication does not constitute a binding offer. Binding terms are established only by a written, signed quote or purchase agreement issued by AWTT.

6. Warranties

AWTT products carry the warranty stated in the applicable product documentation and customer contract. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN A SIGNED CONTRACT, THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AWTT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. AWTT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Liability for products purchased from AWTT is governed by the applicable customer contract, not this site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AWTT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

The site may contain links to third-party sites. AWTT does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those sites.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute not subject to arbitration is the state or federal courts located in Cameron County, Texas.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered under commercial arbitration rules in Texas, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

12. Changes to These Terms

AWTT may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
